TimeSavers offers several different types of fall protection. These products will keep workers safe when working above the ground.

We are a major authorized distributor for over a hundred material handling manufacturers. To get more information on our fall protection catalog, as well as find the exact solution you are looking for, please contact us directly.

Ceiling Mounted Systems use the structure for support, as the rail is mounted either perpendicular or parallel to the ceiling beams. If overhead obstacles are present, drop rod hangers with sway bracing can be supplied so that the system avoids these obstructions.

Free Standing Systems may be preferred whenever floor space is readily available to install column supports, when changes in work practices are anticipated, and when a building structure isn’t available. The flexibility of free standing systems allows them to be easily modified and moved should processes or fall protection need changing.

Multiple bridges can be supplied for both ceiling mounted and free standing systems, allowing many workers to utilize the system simultaneously.

Features & Benefits:

  • Rectangular coverage area
  • Up to 18′ bridge spans
  • Consists of two runways and a traveling bridge for maximum coverage within a rectangular work area
  • Lightweight aluminum bridge follows the worker, remaining directly overhead
  • Multiple bridges can support several workers when properly zoned
  • Fall Clearance Calculations

Applications:

  • Enclosed track / easy movement and long life
  • Rigid runways / superior load positioning
  • Ease of Installation / install on any standard 6″ concrete floor
  • Smooth rolling surface for easier movement of bridge and trolleys
  • Multiple track profiles and spanning capabilities
  • Adaptable, flexible, and cost competitive

Recover Trolley helps make the moments after a fall safer on the track. The trolley is designed to use the force of the fall, in combination with the worker’s weight, to allow the rigid trolley body to contact the surface of the track directly. This contact inhibits lateral motion along the track. Once lateral motion is prohibited, the worker can recover to the surface where they fell.

Features & Benefits:

  • Robust steel construction
  • Stainless and galvanized components for weather resistance
  • Easy rolling, sealed bearing wheels track the workers’ position
  • Meets latest ANSI requirements
  • Weight: 4 lbs
  • Maximum Capacity: 310 lbs
  • Compatible with all Tether Track Systems: Steel 500 /1000 lbs, Aluminum 250 / 500 lbs
  • Max SRL Weight: 40 lbs

The Ranger Mobile Anchor represents complete flexibility in fall arrest anchors. The design allows for quick attachment to a forklift truck or related towing devices and unit may be maneuvered so that the anchorage point is directly above the user as work is performed. Not rated for highway towing.

Features & Benefits:

  • Robust all steel construction
  • Weight 2,685 lbs.
  • Max towing speed 25 MPH
  • Adjustable anchor height at 18, 20, and 22 ft.
  • Max. capacity 310 pounds; Average Arresting Force 1350 pounds
  • Indoor or outdoor use
  • Integral outriggers provide firm support
  • Permits a 30 degree work area from anchor point
  • Dimensions when towed: Length 15’3″, Height 6’6″, Width 5’6″
  • Dimensions in use: Length 11′ (excluding reach), Width of unit with outriggers extended 11′

Applications:

  • Aircraft Maintenance
  • Industrial Equipment Maintenance
  • Tanker car Maintenance
